While earning his law degree, Mr. Walther served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Mary Ann Bearden, Presiding Judge of Lane County Circuit Court, Eugene, Oregon. He also served as Research Assistant to B.A. Kliks Professor of Law Dominick Vetri, University of Oregon School of Law. Mr. Walther has also been employed as a law clerk for the in-house legal department of a national childcare and education provider, where along with resolving contract, regulatory and licensing issues, a significant portion of his work involved drafting merger documents as part of a multimillion-dollar corporate restructuring and refinancing plan.
