Mr. Lattanzi was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2004, and has served on the Board since February 1999. He is a mining engineer, independent mining consultant and former President of Micon International Limited, mineral industry consultants. He holds a B.Eng. (Mining) from the University of Melbourne, and has nearly 40 years of experience in the planning and supervision of mining operations, and as a consultant in the mining industry. |
