In his 20+ year investment banking career, Mr. Cummings has had extensive domestic and international experience with public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Previously, Mr. Cummings served as Head of Salomon Smith Barney's Asia Pacific Industrial Investment Banking Group in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Cummings opened the San Francisco office of America's Growth Capital, where he was a Partner and served as Head of West Coast Investment Banking. In addition to San Francisco and Hong Kong, Mr. Cummings has lived and worked as an investment banker in New York, London, Singapore, and Jakarta. Mr. Cummings received a B.A. cum laude in History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
