Chris has ten years of experience handling various insurance defense litigation matters. He handles cases primarily in the areas of products liability, premises liability and automobile liability. In addition, Chris handles construction defect cases such as builder and sub-contractor negligence and real estate sellers' disclosure liability cases.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Chris was in-house counsel for Travelers Insurance Company for two years, which provided him with a solid foundation for insurance defense litigation.
He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and has tried several cases to successful jury verdicts and arbitration awards.
Chris is a member of the Montgomery County Civil Rules Committee, which reviews and comments on state rules proposed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and presents continuing legal education seminars.
Chris served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles Blewitt, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania while attending Villanova University School of Law. |
