Chris Swank is a member of the Bricker & Eckler LLP real estate group. His real estate practice includes representing lenders in predevelopment loans, acquisition and development loans and construction loans of various commercial and multi-family projects, including low-income housing projects. He also represents developers in the acquisition and development of various commercial and multi-family projects, leasing and the creation of condominiums.
