Christopher Freudenreich is a Vice President of External Reporting and Compliance Accounting. His primary duties include the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404, the monitoring of SEC regulations and the development of accounting policies.
Prior to joining Evercore Partners, Mr. Freudenreich was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase where he was a leader of the global Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Office and a member of the SEC reporting team.
Mr. Freudenreich began his career as an auditor in the Seattle practice of Deloitte & Touche where he served clients in both the aerospace and financial services industry. During his eight year tenure, he spent two years in the Firm’s National Office as a manager in the Assurance Services Department where he participated in the development and implementation of auditing tools to meet the compliance requirements under Sarbanes-Oxley.
Mr. Freudenreich earned both a B.A. in Economics and B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New Jersey. |
