Christopher M. Wood received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006.
During law school, Mr. Wood was an intern in the Summer Honors Program of the Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Division in San Francisco. Mr. Wood also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Tomar Mason in the San Francisco Superior Court in 2005. He is the author of Federalism in Securities Regulation: A Brief Introduction and Reflection, 40 U.S.F. L. Rev. 795 (2006).
Mr. Wood joined the Firm in 2006. His practice focuses on complex securities litigation and shareholder derivative litigation. Mr. Wood is admitted to the California Bar and is licensed to practice in all California State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
