Mr. Wirth's practice focuses on general corporate, commercial and business law matters, with an emphasis on:
Mergers and acquisitions, including asset purchases and stock purchases
Financing transactions, including private and public offerings of equity and debt securities and venture capital financings
Public company securities compliance, including SEC reporting and public disclosure issues
Corporate formation matters and corporate governance issues
Biotechnology and Life Science transactions
In addition, Mr. Wirth is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Grand Valley State University. Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Wirth was a Federal Judicial extern in the Northern District of Ohio and an intern in the Ottawa County Prosecutor's Office. Mr. Wirth formerly was executive vice-president and shareholder of a successful retail operation, and he has over six years of significant experience in the Outdoor Retail Industry.
