Chris is a litigator focused on resolving business, environmental and workers' compensation issues.
Chris appears in federal and state courts on behalf of clients involved in a variety of commercial contract disputes, trade secret and non-compete claims, employment and ERISA issues, and bankruptcy disputes. He also represents employers in claims of workers' compensation injuries and occupational diseases.
Chris is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. A 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz School of Law, he received his B.A., summa cum laude, with honors, from the University of Dayton in 2000. He joined Calfee in 2003. |
