Mr. Staloch has provided financial advisory services to privately held companies since 1997. He provides ownership transition consulting services primarily in the areas of business valuation and transaction structure. A substantial portion of his work relates to Employee Stock Ownership Plans and providing independent financial advisory services to ESOP Trustees and other corporate fiduciaries. Mr. Staloch is a frequent speaker to employee and professional groups, boards of directors and ESOP Trustees. He has also presented to national trade associations related to employee ownership and valuation issues. Mr. Staloch is Managing Director of Chartwell’s technical development group. He is responsible for the continued monitoring of emerging valuation issues as they relate to Chartwell’s valuation practice. Mr. Staloch is an active member of The ESOP Association and currently serves on the local chapter’s Program Committee. He is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership. Mr. Staloch is a Past Chairperson of the Minnesota Chapter of the Risk Management Association’s Young Professionals Group and served as an officer of the local chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Staloch is an Accredited Senior Appraiser. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in finance and marketing from the University of St. Thomas. |
