Christopher M. Lahiff is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the Firm’s Food and Agriculture Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on matters regarding the regulation of foodstuffs by the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture as well as pesticides by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Christopher has counseled clients on matters arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (also known as Superfund) and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. He is a member of the New York, Virginia and District of Columbia bars.
Christopher received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
