Chris Gorman is President of KeyBanc Capital Markets and is responsible for KeyCorp's Corporate Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. Additionally Mr. Gorman is a member of KeyCorp's Executive Council and President Key Foundation Board of Trustees. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking which was comprised of KeyCorp's Middle Market and Large Corporate business units. Prior to his appointment as Head of Corporate Banking Mr. Gorman served as Senior Managing Director and Deputy Director of Investment Banking for McDonald Investments Inc. a registered broker-dealer acquired by KeyCorp in 1998.
KeyBanc Capital Markets is an integrated business unit comprised of Key's Corporate Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. KeyBanc Capital Markets is responsible for delivering capital ideas and solutions to KeyCorp's targeted clients and prospects worldwide.
Mr. Gorman joined Key in 1991 from Bankers Trust Company where he served in the Corporate Finance Department. He has 25 years experience in corporate and investment banking.
Mr. Gorman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University (1983). Mr. Gorman currently serves on Miami University's Business Advisory Council. Mr. Gorman is actively involved in various charities and not-for-profit organizations including serving as past Chairman of the KeyCorp United Way Campaign; Board Member Business Volunteers Unlimited; The Cleveland Commission on Economic Partnerships and Inclusion; Cleveland Zoological Society; Firestone Country Club; Hathaway Brown School and MWV Pinnacle Capital Fund L.P. |
