Christopher M. Brown concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, employment law, and construction litigation. Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Cedarville University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2003. While at the School of Law, he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and authored the article entitled "Good News? The Supreme Court Overlooks the Impressionability of Elementary-Aged Students in Finding a Parental Permission Slip Sufficient to Avoid an Establishment Clause Violation." Mr. Brown was also a member of the School of Law’s Moot Court team and competed in the national Constitutional and Civil Rights Competition. Mr. Brown is also a member Omicron Delta Kappa. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice law in the States of Ohio and Minnesota and in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. His professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association. He is also a member of the national, state and local Home Builder’s Association and is a member of the Defense Research Institute.
