Christopher K. Schrichte (Chris) is the President and founder of NewMarket Global Consulting Group, Celcorp's lead investor. Chris came from the Prudential Securities Executive Services Group, a division of the investment bank within Prudential which was formed to provide centrally located, expert advice and aid to senior executives, entrepreneurs, and their corporations. Chris was a Senior Vice President who dealt in private equity and debt transactions, utilization of derivative products, corporate stock repurchases, 401(k) plans and administration, cash management, sophisticated lending techniques, control/restricted stock transactions, and investment banking. Chris was a Member of the President’s Council 1995 and the Chairman’s Council 1996 and 1997. Prior to Prudential, Chris held similar positions at Smith Barney and Alex Brown and Sons. Chris is a graduate of The Virginia Military Institute and earned an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. |
