Chris Timm was named President of Century Insurance Group and Executive Vice President of its parent company ProCentury in 2003. Since 2000, Mr. Timm has served as Executive Vice President and Director of Century Insurance Group.
Prior to joining Century, Mr. Timm founded the Environmental & Commercial Insurance Agency where he served as president from 1991 through 1998. During his time at Environmental & Commercial, Mr. Timm created several of the underwriting strategies and policy forms that are in general use throughout the environmental insurance industry today. From 1984 to 1991, he served as President of Associate Risk Managers of Ohio. In 1979, Mr. Timm started his career with the Lansing B. Warner division of Wausau Insurance Companies, where he remained until 1985.
Mr. Timm holds a B.S. in Biology from Loyola University of Chicago.
