Mr. Christopher Mercier is a Vice President in the Chicago office of Duff & Phelps, LLC and has worked on a variety of financial advisory assignments involving mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, portfolio valuation, intellectual property valuation, and purchase price allocation.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Mercier was an Associate at Harris Williams & Co., a middle-market investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory services. In addition, Mr. Mercier was formerly a Project Manager in the Business Development group of the North Shore Health System where he completed a number of buy-side transactions.
Mr. Mercier graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Philosophy and English and received his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
