Mr. Lange represents companies, underwriters and venture capital/hedge funds in the area of corporate and securities law. His experience includes advising clients on both public and private sales or placement of equity and debt securities as well as mergers and acquisitions and asset and stock purchases. Mr. Lange is typically responsible for drafting and negotiating transactional documents and filing registration statements and periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
