Christopher Greene is a member of the Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Groups in the Springfield, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Chris represents corporations, businesses and individuals in corporate, business, and related matters. He represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchase, sale transactions, real estate, commercial leases, and commercial financing. He also advises clients in negotiating and structuring of business transactions, settlement of contract disputes, contract preparation and drafting, and formation of business entities.
