Mr. Carraway's practice includes all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright disputes. His patent litigation practice has involved a wide array of technology areas, with a particular emphasis in computer software, computer hardware, and other mechanical devices. He has argued on behalf of clients at numerous claim construction and summary judgment hearings, and also has experience in briefing and arguing appeals before the Federal Circuit. He has represented parties in cases in federal district courts across the nation, including Oregon, Washington, California, Texas, Illinois, Virginia, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida, Massachusetts, and Montana.
