Mr. Perkins is a partner in the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. He represents both companies and individuals in all aspects of bankruptcy and business litigation in federal and state courts. He has handled a variety of matters, including creditor’s rights litigation, debtor work-outs, contract disputes, business tort claims, landlord-tenant disputes, construction and mechanic’s lien litigation, and malpractice actions. Mr. Perkins has significant trial and appellate experience as well as in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. He has represented clients in both adversary proceedings and preference litigation and in the litigation of defense and coverage issues in state and federal courts in product liability actions, premises liability actions and civil disputes.
