Mr. Donahue received a Juris Doctor with cum laude honors from George Mason University. He also received a Bachelor of Individualized Studies from George Mason University, with a concentration in Legal Studies.
Mr. Donahue is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Bar of the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
