Dr. Christopher H. Brown. Dr. Brown is a maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon and a principal at a surgery center. Dr. Brown serves as a consultant to Hard to Treat. Dr. Brown completed his Residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1990 and has been in private practice since that time. He has presented his research both nationally and internationally.
