Christopher H. Vance is Vice President, Business Development and M&A of BorgWarner Inc. He also serves as a member of NSK-Warner's Board of Directors.
Mr. Vance has 25 years of overall industrial experience, the last 10 of which being in the transportation industry with BorgWarner. Previous positions held within BorgWarner include Vice President Finance & Group Controller for the Transmission Systems Business Unit and Plant Controller for the Air/Fluid Systems Business Unit. Prior to joining BorgWarner in February 1997, Mr. Vance held multiple divisional and plant controller positions with two different industrial companies.
Mr. Vance holds a BS in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama and an MBA from the University of Michigan. |
