Mr. Craig regularly represents lenders and borrowers, including private equity and hedge funds, in leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings. He has significant experience in acquisition financings, first and second lien facilities, mezzanine financings, project financings, restructurings and loan sales and participations, including non-performing loan portfolio acquisitions.
