Principal, is responsible for structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating debt financings, working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis and arranging for the disposition of investments. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 1996, Mr. Boehm was in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers Inc, where he was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Boehm received an M.B.A. from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration in June 2000 and holds a B.S. in Finance and Accountancy from Miami University. |
