Chris McCarthy is an Associate with the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Scottsdale. He has unique expertise in product liability, construction defect litigation, premises liability and warranty/contract litigation. Fully versed in case management and all stages of litigation, including conducting discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, and taking depositions, Mr. McCarthy has also arbitrated over 250 cases and has extensive courtroom litigation experience.
Mr. McCarthy earned his earned his B.A. at Millersville University and his J.D. at Villanova University School of Law where he was a staff writer for Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
