Christopher F. Meshginpoosh has been a director since April 2005. He is currently Director of Consulting Services for Kreischer Miller, one of the Philadelphia area’s largest accounting and advisory firms. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, he was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Liquent, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, a publicly-held company serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. From December 1999 to September 2000, he was a consultant and subsequently the Vice President of Finance at Luminant Worldwide Corporation, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in December 2001. Mr. Meshginpoosh is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S., Accounting from West Chester University. |
