Christopher Shoff is a corporate and securities attorney in The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker. Chris recently joined the firm after spending five years with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in its Salt Lake City and Seattle offices, where he completed five public offerings, more than 20 M&A transactions, and 30 issuer- and investor-side preferred stock financings. Chris’ practice focuses on the representation of public companies and private emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital and private equity firms and investment banks. Chris has substantial experience in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general public company representation. He also regularly counsels companies on securities, corporate governance, and public company disclosure matters.
