Mr. Zenisek is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Litigation Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including representing clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Mr. Zenisek has worked on business and contract disputes, class action litigation, real estate litigation, employment disputes, antitrust matters, contract procurement protests and various other litigation matters. His most recent representations have included assisting in the defense of a class action suit over alleged breaches of warranty, defense of a technology company in a dispute over wavelengths, and other matters in the real estate and healthcare industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zenisek served as law clerk to Chief Judge Lewis T. Babcock of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. While in law school, he argued the constitutionality of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and was named Outstanding Student of the Year in the Student Law Office for his work representing indigent defendants in criminal court. |
