Christopher C. Lee is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Silicon Valley office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department. Chris has a variety of domestic and international experience in litigation, investment banking and financial markets.
While in law school at the University of Texas School of Law, Chris worked at a Taiwanese law firm representing a multinational company before the Ministry of Finance to obtain a business license. He also worked for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics performing contract updates and researching IP issues involving domain name rights and the use of open source software in government contracts.
Chris received additional legal training from University College London and Renmin University of China School of Law.
Prior to law school, Chris earned his master’s in engineering, specializing in economic systems and operations research, and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, both from Stanford University. Chris also worked as an investment banking analyst.
Chris is a member of the state bar of California and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
