Mr. Esker’s practice is primarily focused on insurance defense, complex litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury actions, and general appeals.
Prior to joining Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP, Mr. Esker served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office, Civil Division, representing all County entities, offices, townships and boards in civil litigation and matters of statewide jurisdiction.
Mr. Esker also served as a judicial attorney to Judge Mary F. Spicer, Summit County Court of Common Pleas, and Judge John W. Reece, Ninth Judicial District Court of Appeals, as an associate attorney with the law firm of Perantinides & Nolan, LPA. He has also served as a law clerk with the United States Attorney, Northern District of Ohio.
