Christopher Woods serves as an associate for Crowe & Dunlevy in the corporation’s Tulsa offices. Mr. Woods specializes in commercial litigation, commercial transactions, and electronic commerce. He has experience in complex business litigation involving contract, real estate, insurance and class action lawsuits. Mr. Woods also has experience in commercial and banking transactions, including electronic commerce, privacy and consumer law issues. Aside from practice, he has published works in Business Law Today, The Oklahoma Law Review, The Oklahoma Bar Journal, The Consumer Finance Law Quarterly Report, and The Law of Modern Payment Systems and Notes. Mr. Woods received his Juris Doctorate in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated first academically in his law class and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Oklahoma Law Review. His undergraduate work centered on economics, in which he received a Bachelor of Business Administration from OU in 1996.
