Christopher B. White joined the firm in 2007 as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He handles a broad assortment of matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate governance and general corporate matters for public and private companies. Additionally, he represents clients in connection with securities compliance matters and represents institutional investors in connection with their purchases of privately placed debt securities.
In General. Christopher received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Steven M. Ross School of Business in 2004, and continued to the University of Michigan’s Law School to earn his J.D. in 2007. He grew up in Port Huron, Michigan and is an avid sailor. |
