Dr. Westberg specializes in patent preparation and prosecution in the chemical and biotechnology areas.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Before joining the firm, Dr. Westberg was a Patent Scientist at Knobbe, Martens, Olson and Bear LLP in San Diego, CA. Dr. Westberg’s research at UCSD focused on RNA processing and the post-transcriptional regulation of retroviruses. He has co-authored research articles in the Journal of Biological Chemistry and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. |
