Chris Hegarty has nearly 20 years of accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. As the Managing Director of Accounting Services, Chris leads the company in providing accounting services to middle-market companies and addressing their unique issues and demands. Under Chris' leadership, the practice has grown considerably in the last few years, and delivers timely, quality service to clients. Chris also provides attest services to privately-held companies for SMART and Associates, LLP, which works together with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC to meet clients' business needs.
Prior to joining the SMART team, Chris spent more than twelve years with Deloitte & Touche and two years in industry as a corporate controller. As a result, he has a broad background in accounting, and in the manufacturing, retail and distribution, and service industries. |
