Christopher Lotz's primary areas of practice are first and third party insurance defense, general civil litigation and civil appeals.
Following law school, Mr. Lotz practiced appellate law with the firm of Crofts & Callaway for two years, representing numerous clients before the courts of appeals of the State of Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He joined Lindow & Treat in October 2003. Since joining Lindow & Treat, Mr. Lotz has continued his appellate practice while also trying multiple cases to a jury.
