Chris Crevasse focuses his practice on employee benefits and employment law. He has advised and represented numerous corporate and individual clients in labor and employment matters, including litigation involving ERISA and harassment/discrimination claims. Mr. Crevasse provides legal counsel to employers regarding tax, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA issues associated with retirement, health, and other employee benefit plans. He also provides advice and representation with respect to employee benefit plan issues in plan terminations, mergers, consolidations, and transfers.
