Christine’s role as Implementation/Client Relationship Manager is to focus on assisting clients in the process of adopting online transaction management within their companies. She will coach, mentor and motivate our clients throughout the term of their subscription agreement. She will provide in-depth one-on-one training using our web-partner, WebEx, as well as provide customized on-site training options, at the clients’ request. Prior to joining Escrowdesk, Jacobsen was an Account Manager and Implementation Specialist for Fidelity National Financial where she managed Title Channel and Fidelity’s online transaction management solution. She provided inside sales, contract administration, customer site implementation, client training, account management and development of collateral sales material. |
