Christine Hizny joined Linkage in 1995 and is the Director of the Training Group. In that capacity, she has responsibility for leading over 500 public and onsite training programs annually across the U.S., with topics covering leadership and organizational development.
Christine is responsible for the logistics and operations associated with the public and onsite training programs, as well as focusing on quality, customer needs, and marketing. She plays a key role in launching Linkage's valued partnerships such as William Bridges & Associates on Leading Organizational Transition; The David Allen Group on Getting Things Done: A Path to Personal Productivity; and Innosight on Driving Innovation. In addition, Christine is a member of the team leading Linkage's international expansion.
Prior to her role in Training, Christine worked with Linkage's Consulting Group as a large-scale project manager for engagements ranging from competency modeling initiatives to assessment and development initiatives. She is trained in traditional behavioral event interviewing methodologies, as well as in the Accelerated Competency System.
Christine holds a BS magna cum laude from Salem State College and an MBA with distinction from Rivier College. |
