Christine Middleton practices in the area of family law, advising clients on marriage dissolutions, custody and visitation rights, paternity, and post-decree matters. She assists clients in a variety of matters, including settlement negotiations, litigation and appeals, and has experience with business valuations, complex property divisions and nonmarital tracing.Christine’s experience allows her to bring a calm, analytical approach to complicated and emotional family-law litigation. She practices collaborative family law and strives to settle matters amicably to minimize the damage litigation can cause to individuals and families. From 2004 to 2008, Christine has been recognized in Rising Stars (published by Minnesota Law & Politics). Before beginning her practice, she served as judicial law clerk to an Anoka County district court judge and two U.S. magistrate judges. |
