Christine P. Richards is executive vice president general counsel and secretary of FedEx Corporation. She is responsible for ensuring that FedEx Corporation’s global activities are in compliance with international federal state and local government regulations and is responsible for international and domestic security and government affairs for the corporation and its subsidiaries.
Richards also oversees legal security and government affairs activities for the corporation’s operating companies.
Born in 1955 in Amityville NY Richards earned her bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in 1976 and her juris doctorate from Duke University. She joined FedEx in 1984.
