Christine Graham has more than 13 years experience in the areas of probate and trust litigation and estate planning. Her practice has included complex trust and estate disputes, guardianships and conservatorships, and fiduciary litigation matters. She has also worked extensively with her clients to develop comprehensive estate and business succession plans.
Ms. Graham's expertise can benefit banks; trust companies; individuals serving as a trustee, executor, guardian or conservator; hospitals and care homes with guardianship/power of attorney issues; beneficiaries of trusts and estate; and individuals and business owners in need of estate and business planning.

NOTABLE EXPERIENCE
Ms. Graham’s practice also includes the qualification and representation of tax-exempt organizations, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Ms. Graham has represented a number of non-profit entities such as Heathwood Community Center, Inc., Family Restoration Ministries, Inc. and Heart of America Search and Rescue.
Ms. Graham is currently serving as Vice President for the Johnson County Bar Association and is active in the Johnson County Bar Association Bench/Bar Probate Committee. She is also serving as Vice President for the Eastern Kansas Estate Planning Council. Ms. Graham is a member of the Children’s Mercy Planned Giving Council. Ms. Graham is also on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for SafeHome. Ms. Graham is also a member of the 2008 Leadership Overland Park Class.
Ms. Graham has done extensive work in the area of guardianships and conservatorships, and was invited to serve on a committee of lawyers which assisted in the review of new legislation in Kansas designed to revamp the guardian and conservator laws in that state. She is a frequent continuing legal education presenter on the subjects of probate, estate planning and guardianships.
