Christine L. Zurich, an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on corporate law.
Christine has experience drafting funding agreements, including PIPE offerings and other similar methods of corporate finance for various hedge funds and Micro/Small Cap companies, as well as securities purchase agreements for such securities as convertible debentures and convertible preferred stock.
Christine has also assisted clients in transactions featuring foreign and domestic companies merging into domestic shells, private purchase memorandums, and securities purchase agreements.
While in law school, Christine spent a summer at the Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing, where she assisted on a project to amend Chinese company law. |
