Practice Areas Chris Rossi concentrates her practice on general corporate law and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions. She also handles a wide array of real estate matters. Known for bringing a solid business perspective to her legal representation of clients, Ms. Rossi holds an MBA in addition to her law degree. She has a strong understanding of key business operations and often provides solutions to her corporate clients that increase efficiencies. Work for Clients On behalf of her corporate clients, Ms. Rossi frequently advises business owners and management on issues of ongoing corporate governance, business planning, and complex financing for growth as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has served as counsel to court-appointed receivers and special masters in receivership and mastership matters where she has been called upon to analyze, develop and implement business continuation or termination strategies for businesses organizations involved in a variety of industries. Ms. Rossi also advises clients regarding commercial real estate and construction matters involving purchase and sale, leasing, financing, zoning and permitting. She has represented developers, contractors, purchasers, and commercial lenders.
