Christine Bush, a partner of the firm, concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. She focuses on copyright, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, trademark/trade dress, products liability and shareholder litigation. Work for Clients Ms. Bush has been retained by and regularly represents domestic and international manufacturing companies, financial institutions, construction companies, computer software and hardware companies, business owners and individuals in a variety of complex commercial litigation. Ms. Bush has successfully negotiated, litigated and tried matters involving copyrights, patents, unfair competition and covenants not to compete. She has successfully represented local and national manufacturers in trademark, trade dress and breach of contract claims concerning intellectual property issues. Ms. Bush has significant experience representing shareholders of closely held corporations in breach of fiduciary duty and dissolution matters Professional Activities Ms. Bush has been listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers for the years 2005, 2006, and 2007.
