Christina’s radio career began after a teacher at Fullerton College arranged an interview for her at a station in Newport Beach. She was hired as a weekend jock and to quote her, It just kept getting better from there!
Moving on to Louisiana, Christina landed as the Music Director and aternoon jock at WHMD-FM, a Rock station in the city of Hammond, population 20,000.
Talk about a change of scene from L.A.there was literally one stoplight downtown, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Christina’s big break came with a move to New Orleans where she hosted a #1 rated mid-day show at Country music powerhouse WNOE-FM. She was also the host of the stations weekly music video televison program before moving to CHR powerhouse WQUE-FM where once again her show was rated #1 in the city.
After much success in New Orleans, Christina moved up to her first major market station as the mid-day jock and Creative Production Director at the legendary WPGC-FM, Washington, D.C. While on the air in the nation's capital, her mid-day show was wildly successful and consistently rated #1 in the 12+ and 25-54 demos. While in Washington, she also won awards for her writing and production talents.
Christina’s first show at K-EARTH 101 was in the early spring of 2002 and she currently gives night owls and insomniacs a place on the radio to request and hear their favorite Greatest Hits On Earth , as well as to play and win The Brain Game a very popular Southland trivia contest, and to catch up on the nights Juicy News.
Christina follows politics for fun, and coming from a family that owned several restaurants in Ohio, she is an excellent cook. She can also swim like a fish, stick to a saddle like she’s glued to it and has ridden over 60 different roller coasters in the United States. Her dog bears a remarkable resemblance to Clark Gable and she prays every night that one day the Cleveland Indians will win the World Series.

What led me to K-EARTH 101: I was at a competitor station in town for several years. The next step was K-EARTH 101.
What would I be doing if I wasn't on K-EARTH 101: Maybe hosting a food and travel show or writing restaurant reviews.
My Funniest Radio Story: Years ago, in another city, I said the "F" word over the airwaves while our consultant was down the hall listening. I was sure I was going to be fired on the spot. I was sitting in the studio with my head hanging low when he burst into the room. He was very frantic as he looked around the room for something.
He exclaimed, " Where is it?"
I asked, "Where's what?"
He replied, "The truck!"
Something people might not know about me: I've ridden almost 70 different rollercoasters around the United States.
My Pet: A rescue from the pound, that looks like a Bassett Hound with long hair.
