Christina Gibson joined On Assignment in May of 2007. As Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, Ms. Gibson is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of On Assignment and its subsidiaries, managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and external and internal financial reporting for the Company.
Prior to joining On Assignment, Inc., Ms. Gibson was the Controller for an internet banking software company and a telecommunications equipment provider, and spent five years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen in the audit department.
Ms. Gibson received a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
