Christina Fischer is a native Californian, educated in business at El Camino & Los Angeles Valley Colleges, UCLA extension and CSUN. Her career began with GE Financial in 1971, and continued with CIT Financial Services, where she learned Real Estate Finance.
After receiving her Real Estate License in 1988, her career in finance continued with North American Mortgage Company, IndyMac, and Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company. She sought management training skills in various leadership workshops and took training in government loans such as FHA, VA, & CHFA. She developed extensive knowledge in FNMA & FHLMC investor guidelines, and also in private investor guidelines for Prudential, GMAC and insurers such as MAGIC.
In 1994, Christina gained experience in commercial and construction lending when obtaining loans for CVI, a company involved in apartment/condominium conversions.
Finally, the more recent subprime market brought with it many other investors guideline criteria knowledge.
