Christian Rheault was named Vice President and General Manager of Kulicke & Soffa’s Ball Bonder Business Unit in 2001. He has P&L responsibility for the automatic ball bonder business which has been the primary driver of growth for K&S for over twenty years.
Mr. Rheault joined Kulicke & Soffa in 1998 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Strategic Marketing and Vice President/General Manager of the Company’s Microelectronics Business Unit.
Prior to joining Kulicke & Soffa Mr. Rheault held engineering and management positions at IBM Canada throughout a range of product packaging sectors. He earned an Electrical Engineering degree at Canada’s Laval University and a DSA (Business Administration Diploma) at Sherbrooke University in Canada.
