Christian Falk is an associate in the firm’s Frankfurt office and member of the litigation group, defending and prosecuting lawsuits of all kinds and sizes, appearing regularly before trial and appellate courts throughout Germany. He is highly specialized in the area of obtaining emergency restraining orders and injunctions. His practice includes assisting clients in examining the risks, benefits and costs of litigation, other means of dispute resolution, and counseling clients on means of avoiding litigation and ways of reducing liability should litigation occur. He focuses mainly on complex Tort, Contract & Commercial Litigation & Arbitration matters, including Unfair Competition, Antitrust, Trademark, Copyright and Advertising. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Christian Falk was an associate in the Frankfurt office of the German law firm Heussen (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Veltins), where he focused on Commercial and Corporate law. Additional experience includes work at DIVACO Beteiligungs AG & Co. KG in the areas of disinvestments and mergers and acquisitions, at Goulston & Storrs in Boston, Massachusetts, and at the German Embassy in Manila.
